Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fittings
- Support sales transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store offerings
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory organization
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations
- Communicate customer needs or concerns to store leadership as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed
